To rule out a faulty USB docking cable, try a different cable, or use the current cable with another device to confirm it works properly.

When you connect it to your computer, watch the iPod's screen. Does it say "Do not disconnect" or otherwise indicate a connection? Or does it only show the battery charging symbol? Or does it not react at all to being connected?

If there is no reaction to being connected to your computer's USB ports, and you also tried connecting it to a USB power adapter, and you confirmed the USB docking cable is NOT faulty, there is probably a hardware problem on the iPod. For example, the dock connector on the iPod may be worn out through use and not connecting properly to the docking cable connector. Shine a flashlight into the dock connector to see if there is any obvious damage, corrosion, accumulation of dust, or debris. The problem could also be on the iPod's logic board.

Hi again, thanks for your answer, I detected a damaged pin, I counted and I think is the 16, and it´s for the USB connection, then, how can I fix it, oh, and also, it has never worked connecting it to the adapter, then, before this problem, the only way to charge it was by USB.

The connector is like this:

---------------=--------------

Here´s the image, can you see how is the pin

I can't tell exactly how it is damaged from the picture. If a particular pin is bent, you may be able to use small tweezers and "unbend" it. Otherwise, the dock connector is part of the logic board, so you would have to replace the logic board. This web site has a repair guide showing the component
